What we collect
When you use the contact or enquiry forms on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number and message content — so we can respond to your enquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
- To manage bookings, including sharing necessary details (e.g. passport name) with park authorities for permits
- To send trip-related updates for a booking you've made
We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to deliver your trip — for example, Uganda Wildlife Authority for permit bookings, or accommodation partners for reservations made on your behalf.
Cookies
This site is a set of static pages and does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated to list what's used and why. The contact form on this site submits directly by email or a form handler and does not set tracking cookies.
Third-party embeds
The Contact page embeds a Google Map to show our office location. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads — see Google's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing reservations@destinycentersafaris.com.
