Yes, we accept installment payments but must be paid in maximum of 4 deposits.
Yes, you can change your tour date any time but we need a minimum of 48 hours before the tour departure time so we can update your record.
You need to book a tour in a minimum of 24 hours if it’s more than 3 days long. If it’s less than 3 days long, you need a minimum of 6 hours to book it before departure time.
Please refer to the full cancellation policy on our website. In summary, if you cancel:
• 60 days before arrival: you will get full refund
• 30 days before arrival: you will get a 80% refund
• 20 days before arrival: you will get a 60% refund
• 12 days before arrival: you will get a 40% refund
• Less than 7 days: you will not get a refund
